This month we are pleased to bring you our very first Winemaker's Dinner. Our guest winemaker is Ivo Jeramaz. During his almost-three decades at Grgich Hills Ivo has worked his way up in responsibility, learning the classic style and art of winemaking from his uncle Mike Grgich, supported by the tools of science and technology. Under the guidance of his uncle, Ivo is now responsible for the day-to-day operations in the cellar and the vineyard, including naturally farming Grgich Hills’ 366 acres without artificial fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.
We will be featuring a Four-Course Dinner along with 5 great wines to pair with each course. We will have the opportunity to taste their Grgic Croation wine. It's sure to be a fun evening, meeting Ivo as he shares many insights into the future of Grgich, organic and regenerative farming in the vineyards and the winery. Plus some cool stories about his uncle Mike.

First Course - Maryland Crabcakes with Herb Salad paired with Grgich Chardonnay & Blue Beret Chardonnay
Second Course - Boeuf Bourguignon with Carrots, Mushrooms, & Sweet Onions paired with Grgich Merlot
Main Course - Lamb Ragu Pappardelle paired with Grgich Cabernet Sauvignon
Dessert - Mixed Berry Cobbler served with Grgich Zinfandel
