Our first Wine Education class of the year will be Wine Tasting 101.
Cost: $55 + tax, Wine Club Members $50
Have you always wanted to learn the proper way to taste wine? What are specific varietals supposed to taste like? What is the proper way to taste and evaluate wine? This is your class! Wine tasting uses all the senses to experience the joy of wine and the unique flavors found in each bottle.
We will review basic wine characteristics, the Seven S's of Tasting, and introduce the systematic approach to tasting wine. This class is for beginners and advanced tasters alike.
We will taste the four most common varietals and one sparkling wine. We will have some surprises as well.
This class is all about having fun and sharing great wine together in a fun and relaxed environment.
