We will cover:
How White and Rosè wines are made.
The various White wine varietals such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and other varietals that are enjoyable poolside from various parts of the world.
We will learn about Rosès made from various varietals and how versatile this wine is standalone and with food.
What foods pare best with Whites & Rosè.
This will be a fun educational class for every level. We will try 6 fun wines perfect for the poolside.
