This Cuvee is named after the 10 French Pinot Noir clones on the property. Intense nose of cedar, dried sage, lavender, and rosemary are coaxed out your glass, followed by enticing aromas of licorice, juicy black cherry, a hint of boysenberry. This is definitely a more powerful style of Pinot Noir, with higher tannins and a richer mouthfeel, a Cab Lovers Pinot that will pair perfectly with Prime Rib. We would recommend decanting it for 30 mins before serving.
