After 20 months in French oak, this wine remains youthful and tightly wound, showing notes of dark chocolate, tobacco leaf, cigar and blueberry cobbler. Firm, prominent tannins and a mineral component of crushed rock give it length and added complexity. Enjoy from 2027-2032.

A frankly ripe version, brimming with kirsch, boysenberry and blackberry compote notes, enlivened with a bramble hint. Lots of anise and fruitcake details fill in on the rich and juicy finish. Drink now through 2030. 475 cases made.
